Drop-off & Pick-up
Drop Off Information: Fall 2026
Sept. 12-14 (seller will be able to sign up for a specific appointment times during the registration process)
Bundle and rubber band all clothing by size and gender. Please leave hanging items that fall into our unlimited categories separate so your inspector knows not to count those when inspecting your items.
Organize your non-clothing items by like item. When you arrive to drop-off your items, you can unload your items into a wagon. (We have some you can borrow but if you have one that transports easily, please bring it with you.) You will want to make sure you clothing is the last thing you load as it will be the first thing that you drop-off.
You will drop your clothing and shoes off at an inspection table and one of our inspectors will begin inspecting your clothing items as you drop off the rest of your items. You will receive a sheet of paper that gives you very specific directions when you get there. It’s super easy.
Once you have all of your items where they need to go, you will check in at the seller check in desk to receive your seller shopping passes. When the inspector is done with your items, we will text you and you can retrieve any clothing items not accepted. The inspection process should take 15-30 minutes.
VALET DROP OFF option
If you have chosen to donate all unsold items, you can choose the valet drop-off option. Please choose the drop-off time that works for you and then let our outside team know that you’d like to use the valet service when you arrive. We will ask you to unload your items and we will take it from there. You still need to bring your items rubber banded and bundled by size and gender. We will not be able to accept your items if this is not done. Please know that you will still need to check in at the seller check in desk to receive your seller shopping passes.
200 items or less: $20
200-300 items: $30
300-400 items: $40
Pick-Up Information: Fall 2026
Sept. 19 from 1p-3p (optional) or 5p-6p (last chance)
Items that do not sell during the Indy Kids Sale (and not marked for donate) will be available for pick-up. Please come prepared with your unsold item report so you can find and gather your items.
Please understand that if you come during the 1p-3p time frame to pick up your unsold items they will not be a part of the 75% off super sale. If you would like to give your items every opportunity to sell (including at the 75% off super sale) you will need to come during the 5p-6p pick-up window. Please understand that in order to remain open longer (to sell more of your items) we will not be able to sort unsold items.
Please note: all items remaining for the 75% off sale will be sold at 75% off regardless of whether the seller chose to discount or not.
All items not picked up by 6pm will be donated to our charity partner.
The pickup location is the same as the drop-off location. Your items must be picked up by the indicated time or they will be donated.
