• You do not need an appointment to pick-up your items.
• Please come anytime during these hours and we will have your order ready for you.
• All you need to do is give us the email you used when ordering and your order number(s) and we will have your items all bagged and ready for you.
• Any order not picked up by 2pm on Nov. 16th will be donated to our charity partner.

Refund Policy: You will be able to to inspect your items on site. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE after you leave the pick-up location. All orders not picked up will be donated. Refunds will only be offered on items that are stained, damaged, missing parts, or mis-represented in the online description and ONLY at the time of pick-up. Please bring any issues to our attention immediately. Once you leave the pick-up site, all sales are considered final.
